Educational Garden
In the Summer holidays, the participants were amazed to see how plants have grown and thrived since the Easter holidays when they planted them. After a brief explanation of how to care for the garden, children harvested ripe products such as pumpkins, cabbages, spinach, lettuce, peppers, beans, onions, courgettes, strawberries.
Then they prepared biological soups, salads and various desserts such as courgette cake, spinach cake and pumpkin jam. Finally, everyone enjoyed a lunch and an afternoon snack made of products grown by themselves and took a small pot of jam back home. It was delicious!
