School Visits

AcademiaCAP aims to promote science, art and heritage among the local community, collaborating with local schools with activities selected by the teachers  according to its availability of staff and resources.

In this context, the Academy made a visit to the Infante D. Henrique Elementary School, in Tomar, on 3 February 2014.  On this visit, 14 groups of third-grade children were guided and monitored throughout a series of experiments under the motto  "Get your hands dirty with micro-electricity".  Further information on this visit can be viewed on this page under "Events/What we have done."
